The overall aim of the course is to enable international students to develop professional, universal and socio-personal competences based on knowledge and skills in the field operations management.

The learning aim of the course is to achieve understanding of basics of operations management (scope, methodology and practical tools) for the future professional activity.

The development aim of the course is to evolve cognitive and research skills required conducting interdisciplinary research, organizational and management activities, self-study and continuous professional development.
